Fort Drum:

• Has 10,500 active duty members, 8,882 family members, 2,100 civilians
• Has 564 officer family units and 3,692 enlisted family units
• Has one temporary lodge with 112 rooms
• Is located in the North Country of New York, near Watertown
• Is home to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), 1st and 2nd Brigades, 10th Aviation Brigade, and Division Support Command.
• Has recreation facilities that include arts and crafts, bowling, a library, auto hobby shop, a theater, gyms, tennis, swimming, outdoor recreation, fishing, and camping.

Fort Hamilton:

• Has 478 active duty members, 1,019 family members, 541 civilians
• Has 87 officer family units, 861 enlisted family units, and 58 unaccompanied personnel units
• Has a temporary guest lodge with 48 units
• Is located at the base of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in Brooklyn, New York.
• Is part of the Military District of Washington
• Is home to the 1179th Deployment Control Group, 343d Combat Support Hospital, North Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and 423d Medical Battalion.
• Has recreation facilities including bowling, a recreation center, a theater, a gym, tennis, and outdoor recreation.

U.S. Military Academy:

• Has 1,096 active members, 462 reserves, 4,000 cadets, 10,683 family members, 2,886 civilians
• Has 643 officer family units, 173 enlisted family units, and 25 unaccompanied personnel units.
• Has an elementary and middle school on post run by DoDDs
• Has a 65 bed hospital
• Temporary lodging includes a sixty room Five Star Inn, a 137 room Hotel Thayer, and a campground.
• Is located along the Hudson River in the town of West Point (roughly 50 miles north of NYC)
• Is home to the Corps of Cadets, 1st Battalion and 1st Infantry.
• Recreation facilities include arts and crafts, bowling, a library, an auto hobby center, a theater, golf, a gym, tennis, swimming, outdoor recreation, camping, fishing, and stables.
