In the end, he learns of what he must do to be a good King and to be loved by everyone. It is a story about hope, tragedy, courage and happiness. It is also a story about love, strength and being able to achieve your goals. The costumes are outstanding, with a lot of talented puppetry for effect. The sets and scenes are brilliant and make you believe that you are actually in a jungle. The music is something that you will be singing after you leave the theatre. The show runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes with a 15 minute intermission and it is recommended for children ages 6 and up, but not restricted to. From Jan. 1-May 27 2007, there are no performances on Mondays or Tuesdays. On Wed. and Sat. the show is performed at 2pm and 8pm and on Thurs. and Fri. it is on at 8pm. It can be seen at 1pm and 6:30pm on Sundays. From May 28-June 20 2007, there are no performances on Mondays. It can be seen at 8pm on Tues, Thurs and Friday.
